Great things happened this weekend, my Nephew Elijah accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord & Savior. He went on his own to the alter of grace and confessed his salvation. A few weeks ago he felt the touch of the Holy Spirit and felt compelled to answer the call. I couldn’t be more proud of my handsome. It’s every Mothers (and Aunty) desire to see their children say yes to the positive things that life can offer. We declare and know that there is no greater gift than the gift of eternal life.
Elijah has always been an anointed and special child. He arrived in this world almost thirteen years after his Sister, Shelah. God was surely brewing his best when he allowed my sister to conceive Elijah. Elijah reminds me of a modern day Jeremiah and surely he was called for such a time as this. Elijah exited the womb with grace and excitement. He was a very intelligent baby and an intuitive child. He’s always been a lover of life, the things of God and the people of God. God shows that his goodness transcends through generations. I’m grateful that I lived to witness such a joyous and special occasion. I am living to see more occasion such as this, they make life worth living. I’m committed to being a driving force behind my Nephew’s spiritual walk. I want to help him anyway possible.
Those that know the word of prayer make sure you lift him up and always pray for his spiritual growth. In 2019, the Lord is still prospering the church and the scriptures are truly coming to pass. Acts 2:17-18 “‘In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy”.
May God continue to add to the ministries that are compelled to rightfully divide the word of truth.
