Death seems to be the black elephant in the room, its one word that no one wants to address. I’m already conscious that everyone in 2019 won’t make it to 2020.
This year has already proven that we are living in the last and evil days, whether we want to talk about death or not it’s a must. People are dying at an alarming rate and too many are dying without the financial support that they need.
It’s important that we begin to put our house in order. This mean it’s time to talk about your funeral, burial, life insurance, 401k, beneficiary etc. 2 Kings 20:1 – In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And the prophet Isaiah the son of Amoz came to him, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order; for thou shalt die, and not live. Let’s not continue to leave the burden upon our families and friends instead let’s lighten their load.
I would like to bring awareness to “us”! when you pass away without life insurance your family must find a way to bury you. Unfortunately the new way to bury people is by signing up for a “Go Fund Me” account, but let’s be real that doesn’t always work. Life insurance is not expensive at all. Although the main purpose is to be able to bury your love ones, you also want to ensure that they are financially stable to adjust to life without your financial support.
Check out blogs written by Marsha for further information regarding related topics. I personally want to open the door of communication and tear down the fear attached to death.
I want to let you know that the Bible encourages us to be able to leave wealth for the next generation. Let’s put our money where our mouth is. Let’s begin to invest and spend our money wisely. Let’s be the wise people that follow instructions.
Each one of us carry a gift that God wants us to share with the world and also bring in financial wealth. Even the Bible tells us to store our riches in heaven. We must deposit in heaven before we get there, how much more do we deposit into lives that need us?
In 2019, aim to do better! Be brave enough to ask for help when needed. I want to see you win both in the natural and in the spirit.
